This guest house is handily located near the motorway and easy to find on a busy road. the staff is very helpful, the rooms are very clean and feature comfortable beds and small fridges. the breakfast options are good and satisfying.

The Wi-Fi connection is quite poor, which can be frustrating who require a strong internet connection.

Very clean rooms with comfortable beds that could be electrically adjusted in position. The bathroom was clean and towels almost new. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of meats, cheeses, jams, honey, and spreads as well as hot scrambled eggs, good rolls, generous orange juice and very good coffee. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel's location was great as it was located in a quiet area surrounded by green trees and a supermarket was walkable.

The check-in process was slow as there was only one staff member. Service at the restaurant was slow, but that could be due to the busy Bank holiday weekend. In our case, there was some miscommunication regarding the room payment, and there was a language barrier which led to a little confusion.

The room had a nice view of the green trees and the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of food, including scrambled eggs and fresh juice.

The lack of air conditioning made it quite uncomfortable during the summer heat. The room was stuffy and opening the windows only helped a little.
